Access an Application form from the top bar by clicking on “Application Form”. Complete the application, which will be emailed automatically to the Treasurer with a copy by email to you. 

Once your application has been accepted you will be emailed an invoice advising your member number and amount to be paid, with instructions as to the various payment methods accepted – we DO NOT accept cash or cheques.
